Quinoa Pizza good for a baby with enriched protein
Quinoa with enriched protein and sweet potato of nature sweetness put in the small pizza, and dipping sauce with sweet and sour cherry tomatoes!
Ingredients
Quinoa pizza bites Ingredients
1 cup quinoa cooked / ½ cup sweet potato, mashed / ¼ cup onion, chopped and sauteed / 2 tablespoon whole wheat flour / 1 egg / ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
cherry tomato dip Ingredients
1pint red cherry tomatoes / 1 tablespoon olive oil / Salt to taste
How to cook
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
- 2. A 12-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- 3. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, mashed sweet potato, sauteed onion, whole wheat flour, salt and egg.
- 4. Spoon the mixture into the cups of a mini muffin tin. Fill all the way and top with mozzarella cheese.
- 5. Bake until the cheese melted, and golden at the edge.
- 6. Serve with cherry tomato dip.

- Cherry tomato dip
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- 2. Toss the tomatoes with the oil and salt.
- 3. Bake the tomato for about 15 minutes and then cool it.
- 4. Transfer to a blender and make tomato puree.
- 5. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve and pour a small sauce pan.
- 6. Heat the pan over low- heat until hot.
