Cheese crackers with enriched calcium and omega 3
Cheese crackers as healthy baby snack with cheese enriched with calcium and omega 3 good for bones and brain growth and black seeds
Ingredients
150g cheddar cheese, shredded / 55g unsalted butter / ½ salt / 1cup all purpose flour / 2 tablespoon cold water / 1tablespoon roasted flex seed powder
How to cook
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
- 2. Mix the cheddar, butter, water, flex seed powder and salt in a food processor until well combined
- 3. Pat the dough into a disk, wrap tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- 4. Divide the dough into two pieces and roll each into a very thin.
- 5. Cut the diamonds or using a shape cutter and punch a hole into the center of each shape then transfer to the baking sheets.
- 6. Bake until puffed, browning at the edge about 10~13minuites. Watch carefully, the crackers makes burnt easily.
